Falstaff: Tiefdunkles Rubingranat, violette Reflexe, zarte Randaufhellung. Einladende mit Rosen floral unterlegte schwarze Waldbeerfrucht, Nuancen von Cassis, Lakritze und Edelholz, verführerisches Bukett. Saftig, komplex, reife Herzkirschenfrucht, angenehme Extraktsüße, seidige und zugleich feste Tannine, eleganter Körper, feinwürzig im Abgang, besitzt große Länge, salziger Touch, wirkt trotz aller Kraft leichtfüssig, großes Zukunftspotenzial. Ein Star des Jahrgangs. Deep purple colour with opaque core, very seductive nose with hints of rose petals and kirsch, layers of black fruits like blackberries, scents of noble woods. Full-bodied, shows wonderful purity and freshness, ripe heart cherries, pleasant extract sweetness, silky but tight tannins, salty finish, underlaid with some graphitic impression, light-footed despite all strength, great potential for 30 years and more to come.
